OUR MISSION

Millersview-Doole Water Supply Corporation is a non-profit water utility dedicated to the members we serve. Our Board of Directors, management and staff, take seriously the responsibility of supplying clean potable water to our rural areas.

Our mission is to provide quality potable water and to manage our infrastructure to meet the present and future needs of our members and the community while protecting and conserving our most valuable natural resource.

FEES FOR SERVICE CALLS

A Service fee of $100.00 will be charged to customers if a M-DWSC technician is called out and the issue is on the customer side of the meter. (For instance a leak on the customer's line or customer has a valve turned off.....  After hours the service fee is $200.00

SHUT-OFF VALVE

Every M-DWSC customer must have a “shut-off valve” on their side of the meter (It must be within two feet of your meter box.). This is a requirement all M-DWSC consumers must abide. It is a State regulation and M-DWSC policy. The shut-off valve in the meter box is strictly for M-DWSC use only.  We apologize for the inconvenience but request this to be done at your earliest convenience.
